Levvel Listed Among 2021’s Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine

CHARLOTTE, MAY 13, 2021—Levvel, an Endava (NYSE “DAVA”) company, is thrilled to announce it has been named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2021. This award marks the third year Levvel has been recognized and is one of two Charlotte-based companies to make the 2021 list. Additionally, Levvel has been listed on Inc.’s 5,000 fastest-growing companies each year since 2018.

Chris Hart, CEO and co-founder of Levvel, reflected on the challenges of maintaining a strong culture through a pandemic. “For the past year, COVID has impacted the way everyone does business, and we’ve had to stay adaptable. We’ve had a remote-friendly culture for years, so the pivot to being fully remote last year was an easy transition for our team. We’re excited now that we can return to a more hybrid working environment and continue to enhance our culture.”

Though the past year presented unexpected obstacles, the Levvel team continued participating in community and cultural events. These included employee spotlights, company-wide lunch and learns highlighting heritages, a virtual 5K, a holiday Daymaker gift-giving campaign, and WomenHack North Carolina, among others.

Levvel also partnered with Apparo to help give back to the Charlotte community. Apparo coordinates volunteer efforts between nonprofits and minority-owned businesses and tech employees who want to give back.

Nick Hernandez, VP of Talent Acquisition and Development, elaborated on Levvel’s talent and growth potential for the future. “We’ve been able to grow because there’s an immense appetite in the market for change, challenge, and growth. Levvel is continuing to hire several roles, focusing on Architecture, Engineering, and Financial Services. Though Levvel is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, all of these positions are remote-friendly.
