Join Levvel for a panel on women in leadership in celebration of Women’s History Month. This event will bring successful female leaders from Tower 49’s community together to inspire the next generation of women and allies in the workplace. Start the evening with a happy hour, snacks, and networking, followed by an insightful and interactive panel.

Who Should Attend?

This event is open to anyone and everyone looking for inspiration, guidance, discussion, and support for women in leadership. This event is being held in honor of Women’s History Month, and is specifically dedicated to all aspiring female leaders and their male allies in the workplace.

Hiba Mansoor

Hiba Mansoor

Engineering Consultant, Levvel

Hiba Mansoor is an Engineering Consultant who has expertise in frontend, backend, and mobile development. She is knowledgeable in React.JS, Java, Python, and Objective-C among other programming languages. Her professional experiences range across technology, marketing, and finance industries. Hiba is based in New York and graduated from New York University in 2018 with a degree in Computer Science. In her spare time, she is actively working towards becoming an advocate for women and girls in STEM.

Stevie Palmateer

Stevie Palmateer

Senior Director, Engineering, Levvel

Stevie Palmateer is Levvel’s Senior Director of Engineering and is responsible for managing the processes and people within the Engineering Capability to ensure quality work is delivered to Levvel’s clients. Stevie also assists in leading research, strategy, and development opportunities for Levvel’s Engineering Capability. Stevie has over 9 years of professional experience in the design, development, and deployment of software for Fortune 500 companies. She’s a full stack application developer and solutions architect who is passionate about bridging the gap between product design and technical strategy. Stevie specializes in interactions with stakeholders to gauge product improvement opportunities while striving for maximum business value. With experience as an individual contributor, a product manager, a project manager, a technical lead, and a solutions engineer, she is fully equipped to understand what needs to get done from all angles when ensuring the success of a project for Levvel’s clients. When not working on a technology project, she is actively mentoring and guiding young females to succeed in STEM.

Dana Jackson

Dana Jackson

VP of Research, Levvel

Dana leads the Research practice at Levvel, based in New York City. She brings more than 15 years of hands-on market research experience conducting studies for B2B and B2C clients. Before joining Levvel, Dana managed SourceMedia’s full-service research and integrated content solutions. Her role focused on delivering market insights, B2B buyer intelligence, and brand studies to digital technology clients primarily targeting financial services and healthcare sectors. Dana’s consultative approach has helped clients enter new markets, provide targeted solutions, improve competitive positioning, and optimize marketing campaigns. Dana was also a consumer mobile research manager at market intelligence firm IDC. She has an M.S. degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University.

Kari Litzmann

CMO, CloudMargin

Kari Litzmann is the CMO at CloudMargin, a B2B SaaS-based workflow tool that enables financial services firms to achieve efficiency and comply with regulations in critical post-trade processes, where she has worked since 2016 to position the brand, develop and execute the marketing strategy and establish a team that drives growth globally. Kari has more than 15 years of experience leading branding and marketing efforts for start-ups, Fortune500 companies, and non-profits as an internal marketing leader, consultant, and entrepreneur. Kari is passionate about the advancement of women, most notably as the former Chapter leader of New York Women Social Entrepreneurs and co-founder of the national Diversity and Inclusion Initiative at RCS Capital. Kari holds a Master of Design Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

Brandi Gatlin

Managing Director, LightPoint Financial Technology

Brandi Gatlin is Managing Director at LightPoint Financial Technology. LightPoint is a Fintech company that provides a SaaS based platform with a straight through process from trade entry to shadow accounting for Hedge Fund, Institutions, & Investors. She leads their business development & marketing efforts. Previously Brandi worked in Prime Brokerage Sales and an Equity Sales Trader for fifteen years prior to moving to the Prime Brokerage Business. Brandi has also created a strategically executed program to empower prospects and clients alike, utilizing pertinent industry insights to help achieve their most pressing goals. Her program is called “What Managers Need to Know”. Integrated strategies are used to maximize opportunities connecting managers with investors, and actionable insight, around her firm’s service lines and industry partners. Brandi holds an BA from the University of Alabama, where she was an Alpha Omicron Pi. Brandi is a member of 100 Women in Finance and also works with the JCCA organization in their charity efforts.
