We’re excited to celebrate Docker’s 5th birthday by providing labs to help everyone learn Docker and welcome new members into the community. This tradition that is near and dear to the heart of the whole Docker team is an opportunity to express our gratitude to our community of contributors, customers, partners, and users.

While the labs are geared towards those who are new or intermediate level, advanced and expert community members are invited to join these Docker Birthday celebration meetups as mentors to help attendees work through the materials.

This year the celebration will take place on March 22, 2018. Attendees will break into groups (at different tables) and participate in a lab of their choosing. Attendees are also welcome to work through a lab on their own.

Last year, with the help of our awesome community leaders and captains over 9,000 people attended one of the 152 celebrations across 5 continents!
