Elena Whisler is Head of Global Enterprise Product Management and Strategy at FIS, and has +15 yearsof payment systems experience, ranging from economic and financial analysis toproduct management of payment system applications. She is currently responsiblefor the strategic vision and product management for the global enterprisepayments products portfolio, ranging in ACH, Wires, SWIFT and Real TimePayments around the world. Elena is actively involved in many payment industryinitiatives, including NACHA Global Payments Alliance Council, TCH RTPinitiatives, Payments Canada vendor forums, and SWIFT partner initiatives.
Scott Harkey is Levvel's Chief Strategy Officer while also leading the Payments and Financial Services work. He has 15 years of banking experience including leading the technology team that implemented digital wallet products at Bank of America along with 10 years of technology merger integration and IT operations outsourcing work at Wells Fargo. Scott brings a unique “insider” point of view combined with a proven track record of delivery to banks, technology providers, and merchants exploring the digital payments space.
James has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional solutions and leadership in financial management, digital strategies, product development, and project management. He considers it a privilege to raise the bar in operational excellence while developing the action plans that will continue to give my companies the edge over their competitors. Additionally, James is committed to mentorship and staff development of subordinate personnel, with avid advancement of cross-functional team collaboration.
For 20 years, Whitney Stewart Russell has been focused on the ways technology can enhance consumer financial services experiences. Whitney’s combined expertise in consumer payment behavior, customer segment strategy, and retail banking products have prepared her for a leadership role within ePayments product management at Fiserv. Whitney is currently tasked with guiding the creation of an integrated payment solution across money movement services that will result in frictionless payments experiences for consumers. Prior to joining Fiserv, Whitney held executive positions at Higher One, SunTrust Bank and Discover Financial Services.
